Refund Policy :
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 2-3 working days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment within 5 working days.
If you have made a purchase and would like to cancel the order before we have shipped your ordered item, you can request for an order cancellation and request for refund through email within 1 working day, usually we ship the next working day on receipt of the order. We will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment within 5 working days.
We do not provide a cancellation of the order or refund, once product is shipped from our factory and order dispatch details sent via email to the customer. (Except the if there is manufacturing defect or damage in transit)
